Apostle D. Elaine Rainey's Biography
Apostle D. Elaine Rainey was born in St. Petersburg, Florida to the late Reverend Seaborn Rainey and Ollie Mae Paulk Rainey (still living). She is the youngest of thirteen siblings. Her position in the family is that she is the seventh daughter and the thirteenth child of Mr. and Mrs. Rainey. In agreement with her faith she gave her life to the LORD at a young age. She married and divorced at a young age and gave birth to two children during this time. Her eldest child is a son by the name of Kendall R. Thomas along with the youngest, a daughter, Kimberly A. Thomas. Both children were raised single handedly by Apostle Rainey. Immediately after her divorce, Apostle Rainey relocated to Dallas, Texas where she resided for almost a year before reconnecting with her roots in St. Petersburg, Florida. In the year of 1992 Apostle Rainey decided to make Maryland her permanent home where she still resides 22 years later.
Currently, she is an employee of the Prince George’s County Public School System where she has been working for almost 20 years. Over the years as an employee of PGCPS Apostle Rainey went on to earn her Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology at Prince George’s Community College. Upon completion she transferred to University of Maryland University College where she has earned 100 credits towards her Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Apostle Rainey paused at UMUC and became a graduate of Breakthrough Bible College in 2012 with an Associate’s Degree in Biblical Studies and a Bachelors of Divinity along with being ordained as Prophetess D. Elaine Rainey.
During the year of 2009 – 2010 Apostle Rainey completed her ministerial training in Spiritual Warfare at Living Waters of Laurel, Maryland.
During the year of 2007 – 2008 Apostle Rainey completed a ministerial program at Hope Christian Church in Beltsville, Maryland where she was also part of the Soul Snatchers Ministry.
At the present time Apostle D. Elaine Rainey is the founder of Harvest of the End Times Deliverance Ministry along with her Assistant Dr. Evangelist Mary E. Swann.
Since she has been in ministry Apostle Rainey has spoken at various churches and ministered to countless others along with giving them spiritual teaching, training, counseling, guidance, and deliverance, as God uses her to do so. So far she has been in ministry for four years not to mention the years prior that God has been using her life.
As a child, Apostle Rainey had an active imagination and was known to talk to her baby dolls, rocks, and sticks! They were her students and people. On occasion she was the tattle tale in the family and some siblings would get her back for telling on them. Making friends and playing with others was easy for her to do when she wasn’t clinging to her mother. She admits that she is a “momma’s girl.” At times she likes to be humorous but with a clean approach.
Her favorite scripture is Luke 10:19, Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Her ministerial goal is to develop leaders by teaching them, the power of prayer, warfare and deliverance techniques along with empowering them to teach the word of God with fire! The main objective is to go after the lost souls while developing leaders that will carry her vision to the Nations.
